I was rigging a hand in which I have on the shoulder to hide the torso line.

After using a patch to hide that torso line, below elbow hand is also not showing above the hands

I wanted it this way, but I want that Torso's line to be invisible -

Please can someone suggest me a way to do that, any trick or function that already exists that would do something like ignore that "Below Elbow Hand" when it comes on the top of patch?
Any help is appreciated..
