Action Bug

Hello,
I am encountering this problem more and more:
When I tie an action to a smart bone, the animation within the action is OK, but when I move the smart bone, the action is not applied.
One time I had translation and bezier of a vector animated within the action, but when the smart bone moves, only the vector translation is applied and not the bezier.
Sometimes just basic switch layers that are activated by smart bones do not work properly. I go within the action, everything is working, I come out, nothing works.
