Switch Selection Convenience overhaul

One of the most annoying things (and yes i know there's scripts) for me is when i'm animating and i quickly want to change a switch part is, that i have to Option-R-Click on the layer and then go up and select the Switch layer in the layer menu to be able to use the Switch Selector window.
The best solution would be if we had a switch selection window where it shows all available switch layers in a sidebar and can select them from that one window depending on which rig we are on. That way we don't have to shuffle through endless layers to finally get to the Switch layer we want or set up smartbones.
This would speed up things immensely and especially for those of us who want to do more with switches than with smartbones!
