layer and lip synch

Post by ramapo99 »

hi!
I've generate with papagayo the file .dat with the dialogue of my protagonist.
But when i import the file in the switch layer option i see that is not perfect...
I've divided the switch layer in this sub-layer (from the top to the bottom):
- neutral
- A I
- E
- O
- U
- C D G
- L
- W Q
- M B P
- F V
...it's correct or there is a rule that i don't fallow?!
regards!

My order would be:

AI
O
E
U
etc
L
WQ
MBP
FV
rest

Cheers

The order doesn't matter but the NAME of the layer does. If the layer names are different than it won't work.

If you have "extra" layers with different names they are just ignored. If a named layer that Papagayo is "looking for" isn't there then it is just "skipped" or ignored.

I think you can change the default layer names in Papagayo... I never have since it's easier to just change the layer names in Moho... and... uh... I have the stupid layer names memorized now so it would really mess things up for me. ;)
