I can understand why people are getting impatient.
Obviously, anyone here who knows anything can't say what they know.
I believe that it has been publicly announced that there will be a Moho 13, just keep an eye on the moho social media channels for news as it happens.

Other than that, I can't say, just hang on a little longer

Or else what?

Look, no one's lashed to the mast here. It's not like you're cheating if you buy and learn other software. And when 13 finally comes out, you're free to choose if you want to waste all the time you spent developing skills with this software. Something else may truly fit your personal needs better.

I read like a 1/10 of it, but Moho is mentioned on page 4.

With our graphics business, we continue to make progress in revamping this business side and launching of new products into our established channels. While the termination of distribution rights of CLIP STUDIO will have a short-term negative impact on revenue, we expect it to pick back up late in the year as we unveil new software titles and release a new version of Moho, our leading 2D animation product.
That sounds promising.

How material is that to the business? And is there any synergy between that business and these others that are growing more rapidly?"
Answer from Bill Smith "Yes, it’s a business we got into a number of years ago. It has performed well. Of late, it’s come under some pressure. The products are really call brand kind of products. They’re really good. But I think when you say – when you look at it in relation to the wireless business, clearly, it’s all about wireless."
I'd like to think that Bill's response is more to do with current business volumes than strategic business trajectory - especially in the light of Rebelle and the comments Wes has noted. Speaking personally, as their Wireless business is heavily dependent on just one customer (Sprint accounts for about 80% of that business), I'd be looking to diversify my customer base - and IMO the perfect vehicle for that is Graphics...

Please clarify the words "get rid"? Wasn't Mike Clifton he the guy that created practically the whole software? (correct me if I'm wrong).

Mike created Moho and guided its development for many years. Shockingly, Smith-Micro let Mike go last year, and his programming team was disbanded.

Later, a new team was assembled to resume Moho development. The last two Moho updates, 12.3 and 12.4, were released by this new team, and they are currently developing Moho 13. This is all info previously posted in this forum.

Maybe you will, maybe you won't ...
I guess it all depends on what might lie in store.
Who knows... you might LOVE it !

Whatever the release may contain... it's probably totally secret.

I said a lot of maybes and whatevers...what I am sure is that, the people who know cannot say exactly what they know.
I am sure though, is that there is good reason to be positive, despite what happened with our beloved Mike Clifton and crew.
