That's what I'm currently using... but it requires a lot of tweaking and the end results are not perfect. here is an example:
in some parts i had to remove all the motion blur because everything on the screen gets the blur effect even if it's not a moving object, i didn't remove everything so you can still see what i'm talking about.

I created that multiples "by hand". For some projects, we use Reel Smart Motion Blur in After Effects, but personally I don't like that kind of motion blur for most of the characters.

Just a real pitty I already prepared most of my characters in 9.2.. would have been so much easier now.
