I made some arm folding vitruvian bones. They work accept for when I bend the original arm at the forearm. Then the animation breaks and goes crazy. I have a video with a link that I'm sharing to show exactly what's going on. I hope the link and video can explain what's going on better than I'm telling. It seems like some sort of glitch in the software or something. I hope there is a fix!

I'd have to see the file to troubleshoot that. Even if just the skeleton and arms.

I fixed the problem. I copied and pasted artwork that had previous action keyframes on it so when I moved the arms it broke the artwork and animation! LOL!
Hopefully this problem can help someone out with this vitruvian bone issue! Always get rid of previous keyframes if you copy artwork that you are using that have "actions" on the artwork!
