In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

Activation/Deactivation Information
If you’ve reached the maximum number of installations of Moho or if you’ve lost your computer, you can remove all of your activations here:

If you are installing Moho on a computer that does not have an internet connection, you will need to use offline/manual activation (see pages 9 to 12 of the Moho 13.5 User Manual, or chapter 1.05 of the Moho 14 User Manual) here:
