Black Workspace

If you are seeing your workspace turn black when you move the mouse into the workspace, that indicates your system graphics does not fully support the GPU in the Preview. You will want to disable the GPU option in the Preferences.
For Moho Pro 12 and 13, the option is in the Display Quality in the upper right of the Timeline window.
For Anime Studio users, if you do not see the option in your Preferences, you will need to download and install the last updated installer from this updates page.
