It worth going through this a frame at a time to see the smears. You can't see them at normal speed, but you can sure feel it.

Character design is somehow very unexpected, to me. I would expect a bit more emphasized form of the head, at least, if not of the whole bodies. Some characters in fact look like they do have some of that oddness but the girl is rather plain in her expressions (to me). Also, this was a trailer, but I`m some how sure that camera movements are also well driven during the rest of the film.
